Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using LinkJuice ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkJuice is a browser-based internal link analysis tool. You upload a Screaming Frog CSV export; all processing occurs entirely within your browser. No crawl data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@buzzmatic.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms
• Use automated scripts to interact with the Service beyond normal browser use

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its engine, interface, and content, is owned by Buzzmatic GmbH & Co. KG. Your crawl data remains yours — we do not receive, store, or claim any rights over it.

6. Subscription, Trial & Payment

Use of the Service requires a paid subscription (LinkJuice Pro), which begins with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; no charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the selected billing interval (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; the contracting party is Buzzmatic GmbH & Co. KG. Prices are shown net of VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Cancellation is possible at any time via the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be accurate for your specific use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buzzmatic GmbH & Co. KG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing legal@buzzmatic.net.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the email address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
