What does 'internal PageRank' mean in the results?

I see a column called 'internal PageRank' in my LinkJuice results. Is this the same as Google PageRank? How is it calculated and what does a higher score mean?

Internal PageRank is a relative score based purely on your internal link graph — it has nothing to do with Google's PageRank directly.

LinkJuice runs the PageRank algorithm on your internal links: pages with more inbound links from other high-scoring pages score higher. A score of 1.0 means that page receives an average share of equity. Scores above 1.5 are strong hubs; below 0.3 means the page is poorly linked internally.

Use it to identify which pages are over- or under-linked relative to their importance.

Has anyone tried combining the LinkJuice export with a PageSpeed Insights run? We added CWV scores as a third column to the export and now we prioritise pages that have both poor internal linking AND poor Core Web Vitals — those are the ones crawlers struggle with most.

We do quarterly internal link audits now. The before/after comparison feature is genuinely useful — I can show my client a concrete 'your PageRank went from 0.4 to 1.1' for the target page after our linking sprint. Much easier to justify the work than just showing ranking screenshots.
