Will it slow down for sites with 50,000 link rows?
I work on a large news site. Our Screaming Frog All Inlinks export is 50MB and has about 300,000 rows. What kind of processing time should I expect?

At 300,000 link rows you're looking at roughly 15-25 seconds of processing time on a modern laptop (M2/Ryzen 7 class hardware). The CSV parsing and graph construction are the slow parts, not the PageRank iteration.
Tips for large files: use Chrome (fastest V8 engine), close other tabs, and don't navigate away during processing. The progress bar will keep you updated.

Has anyone tried combining the LinkJuice export with a PageSpeed Insights run? We added CWV scores as a third column to the export and now we prioritise pages that have both poor internal linking AND poor Core Web Vitals — those are the ones crawlers struggle with most.

We do quarterly internal link audits now. The before/after comparison feature is genuinely useful — I can show my client a concrete 'your PageRank went from 0.4 to 1.1' for the target page after our linking sprint. Much easier to justify the work than just showing ranking screenshots.
