My site has 2,000 pages — can I still use LinkJuice?

I've heard there's a URL limit. My e-commerce site has around 2,000 product pages and probably 50,000+ internal links. Will LinkJuice handle this in-browser without crashing?

Yes — LinkJuice has been tested with over 500,000 link rows in a single session without issues on modern hardware. The graph processing runs in a Web Worker so it never blocks the UI.

For very large sites (100k+ links) we recommend using Chrome or Edge and giving the tab a few seconds to process after upload. Firefox works too but is slightly slower on the graph algorithms.

Totally agree with the above. I'd also look at the outgoing links from your strongest pages. If your homepage links to 200+ things it loses focus. Cutting that list to 30-40 links concentrating on commercial pages made a noticeable difference for us.

Just adding a data point: we did this analysis for an 80,000-page e-commerce site and the run time was under 2 minutes in Chrome. No issues at all. The orphan detection alone saved us probably 15 hours of manual audit work.
