How do agencies run LinkJuice for multiple clients?
I run an SEO agency with 20 clients. What's the most efficient workflow for running regular LinkJuice audits across all clients and tracking improvements over time?

We set up a shared Google Drive folder per client. Screaming Frog saves crawls automatically — we have it scheduled monthly. Then we upload to LinkJuice, download the results CSV, and drop it in the client folder with a date stamp. After 3 months you have a nice before/after series to show clients in their reports.

Just to add to what's been said — I ran into the same issue last month. The key for me was checking the crawl was set to JavaScript rendering mode. That doubled the number of links Screaming Frog found and the LinkJuice PageRank shifted noticeably for several pages.

One thing I'd add: even if the scores look confusing at first, sort by PageRank descending and compare the top 10 against your GA4 sessions. The correlation is usually clear. High-traffic pages should also have high internal PageRank — if they don't, you've found a real problem.
