I'm trying to use LinkJuice for the first time. I have Screaming Frog installed but I'm not sure which export I need. There seem to be several export options. Which exact file should I use?

You need the
All Inlinks bulk export. Here's how to get it:
- Run a full crawl of your site in Screaming Frog
- Go to Bulk Export → Links → All Inlinks
- Save the CSV file
- Upload it to LinkJuice
Make sure you're using Screaming Frog 19+ — older versions have a slightly different column structure.

One tip: if your site is large, check that the crawl completed fully before exporting. A partial crawl gives you incomplete link data in LinkJuice.

Totally agree with the above. I'd also look at the outgoing links from your strongest pages. If your homepage links to 200+ things it loses focus. Cutting that list to 30-40 links concentrating on commercial pages made a noticeable difference for us.

Just adding a data point: we did this analysis for an 80,000-page e-commerce site and the run time was under 2 minutes in Chrome. No issues at all. The orphan detection alone saved us probably 15 hours of manual audit work.
