Does LinkJuice pick up JavaScript-rendered internal links?

Our site uses React and many internal links are rendered by JavaScript. Screaming Frog can render JS but I'm not sure if those links end up in the All Inlinks export. Will LinkJuice see them?

LinkJuice only sees what's in your CSV — it has no knowledge of how the links were discovered. If Screaming Frog is set to 'Spider' mode with JavaScript rendering enabled, JS-rendered links will appear in the All Inlinks export and LinkJuice will process them normally.
In Screaming Frog: go to Configuration → Spider → Rendering and set it to 'JavaScript'. Note this significantly slows the crawl. For faster audits, you can compare a rendered vs. non-rendered crawl to see which links are JS-only.

Has anyone tried combining the LinkJuice export with a PageSpeed Insights run? We added CWV scores as a third column to the export and now we prioritise pages that have both poor internal linking AND poor Core Web Vitals — those are the ones crawlers struggle with most.

We do quarterly internal link audits now. The before/after comparison feature is genuinely useful — I can show my client a concrete 'your PageRank went from 0.4 to 1.1' for the target page after our linking sprint. Much easier to justify the work than just showing ranking screenshots.
